• To contact you about your request by phone, text and email.
• To keep our service secure, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts, we use your mobile number only to message you about your funding request. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. You can reply STOP at any time. See our SMS terms.

Who we share information with

We share information only as needed to deliver the service: with lenders and financial institutions when you ask us to submit an application; with service providers who help us run our systems (hosting, messaging, email, document handling) under confidentiality obligations; and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we are working with you and for as long as needed for legal, accounting and compliance reasons. Credit-report files can be deleted on request.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and activity logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
